Top 5 Air Travel Apps on Android in Ecuador: Q3 2024 Performance

During the third quarter of 2024, the top air travel apps on the Android platform in Ecuador experienced varying trends in downloads and user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

ClubMiles saw its downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter, peaking at approximately 3.1K in the week of August 19. Despite a few dips, the app maintained a steady presence in the market.

The avianca app started the quarter with downloads close to 1K, reaching a high of 1.3K in late July. Weekly active users initially increased from 3.2K to a peak of 3.7K by the end of July, but gradually declined towards the end of September, settling at around 3K.

LATAM Airlines showed a notable spike in downloads during mid-August, reaching approximately 1.4K. The app maintained strong weekly active user numbers, starting at 4.4K and peaking at over 5.5K in August, before experiencing a slight decline to 4.8K by the end of the quarter.

Copa Airlines experienced a modest increase in downloads, with a peak of 608 downloads in late August. The app's weekly active users followed a similar trend, rising to 1.6K during the same period before settling around 1.4K at the quarter's end.

Finally, Jetcost: flights, hotels, cars faced a decline in downloads, with numbers dropping from 522 in early July to 353 by the end of September. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 580 throughout the quarter.
